Delhi High Court Gives Relief To Naga Chaitanya
Naga Chaitanya has received temporary relief from the Delhi High Court in a case involving the misuse of his name, photos and identity online.
His lawyers told the court that several websites were using his name and image without permission on merchandise, AI generated content and online videos.
Some sites were also allegedly using his name along with inappropriate search terms to attract more visitors and promote objectionable content.
After hearing the case the court issued notices to the websites and asked them to submit their replies. Chaitanya has also requested a dynamic injunction which would help prevent new websites and links from misusing his identity in the future.
On the work front, Chaitanya is currently busy shooting for Vrushakarma which is a mystic thriller directed by Karthik Dandu. The release date is yet to be announced.
